A field experiment was conducted at the College Farm, N. M. College of Agriculture, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari, during summer 2023 and 2024 under South Gujarat heavy rainfall zone (AES-III) to assess the periodical growth attributes of summer hybrid rice. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design was replicated thrice and twelve treatments. The results revealed that different treatments of bio-enhancer significantly influenced the growth of rice. Application of 100% RDF (T2) recorded significantly higher plant height and plant dry weight at 45, 60, 75 DATP and at harvest as well as number of tillers hill-1 at 75 DATP but, it remained at par with treatments T4 (75% RDF + Foliar spray of Panchagavya @ 4% at 45, 60 and 75 DATP), T9 (75% RDF + Foliar spray of NOL 2% at 45, 60 and 75 DATP), T11 (75% RDF + Foliar spray of seaweed extract 0.25% at 45, 60 and 75 DATP) and T6 (75% RDF + Jeevamrut @ 500 lit. ha-1 with irrigation at 45, 60 and 75 DATP). So, it can be concluded that for the application of 75% recommended dose of fertilizer (90 kg N and 22.5 kg P2O5) along with foliar spray of either 4% Panchagavya or 2% novel organic liquids, 0.25% seaweed extract and 500 lit. ha Jeevamrut at 45, 60 and 75 days after transplanting gave better results in terms of different growth attributes.
