An experiment was carried out during kharif and rabi seasons of 2021-22 and 2022-23 at Instructional cum Research Farm, IGKV, Raipur, in strip plot design with three replications. The trial involved six nutrient management practices and four soybean based cropping systems. During kharif season soybean crop was sown and influence of various nutrient management practices and soybean based cropping systems on growth parameters were studied. The results revealed that growth parameters like plant height, number of leaves plant-1, number of primary branches plant-1, dry matter accumulation, crop growth rate, relative growth rate, number of nodules plant-1 and its dry weight were found significantly superior under 100% inorganic +5 ton FYM ha-1 treatment over rest of the treatments except 100% organic nutrient management practices which were at par with each other in most of the growth parameters of soybean. However, none of the growth parameters were affected by cropping systems.
