Bhambere HD, Jakku Prasanna, Ghodke PB, Mirza IAB and Syed SJR

The field experiment was conducted at College Farm, College of Agriculture, Ambejogai, Dist., Beed to study the Performance of different levels of fertilizers along with biofertilizers on growth and yield of late sown wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). The topography of experimental site was fairly uniform and leveled. The soil was clayey in texture, low in available nitrogen, medium in available phosphorus, high in available potassium and slightly alkaline in reaction. The environmental conditions prevailed during experimental period was normal for growth and yield of wheat crop. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with 8 treatments, three replications and with row spacing of 18 cm. The application of 125% RDF (100:50:50 NPK Kg ha-1) + Azotobactor + PSB recorded significantly higher number of spikelets per panicle, number of grains per panicle, weight of grains per panicle, grain yield, straw yield, biological yield, gross monetary returns as well as net monetary returns and B: C ratio followed by the application of 125% RDF (100:50:50 NPK Kg ha-1) and 100% RDF (80:40:40 NPK Kg ha-1) + Azotobactor + PSB treatments.
