A field experiment was conducted at research farm of Agro Ecology and Environment Centre (AEEC), Akola, Department of Agronomy, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola during kharif season of 2023-24 with an objective to study the effect of different integrated nutrient management practices on growth, yield and economics of roselle. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with five treatments and five replications. The treatments are T1- 100% RDF (40:20:40 NPK), T2- 75% RDF + 25% N through vermicompost, T3- 50% RDF + 50% N through vermicompost, T4- 100% N through vermicompost, T5- Absolute control. The growth attributes like, plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, leaf area, dry matter accumulation and yield attributes like number of capsules plant-1, weight of fresh sepals plant-1, seed yield plant-1 were significantly influenced due to different nutrient management treatments. The maximum values for growth and yield attributes with economics were found in treatment T1 which is at par with treatment T2 in all characters. Therefore considering the significance of vermicompost on growth, yield and economics so it can be concluded that the integrated use of 75% RDF + 25% N through vermicompost was equally good for growth, yield and economics of roselle.
