This study evaluates the efficiency of Nano-DAP fertilizer on the yield, nutrient uptake, and quality of soybean (Glycine max L.) in an Entisol during the kharif season of 2022-2023 at the College of Agriculture, Osmanabad. Conducted in a randomized block design with three replications, the experiment utilized the recommended soybean variety MAUS-158 and ten treatment combinations. Results indicated that the application of 100% recommended dose of Nano-DAP (RDNP) with seed treatment (S.T) and foliar spray (F.S) at 0.4% at 30 days after sowing (DAS) significantly enhanced growth parameters at 30, 45 and 60 (DAS) including trait like plant height (29.05, 41.57 and 57.60 cm), number of branches (5.56, 8.67 and 12.00) and chlorophyll content (7.88, 5.80 and 13.68 mg g-1). Additionally grain yield (1910.00 kg ha-1), straw yield (3778.94 kg ha-1), Protein yield (43.04 kg ha-1) and Oil yield (17.19 kg ha-1) were highest in the same treatment. Overall, the foliar application of Nano-DAP at the specified dosage proved beneficial for soybean yield and nutrient dynamics.
