abstract
Mahatma Gandhi National Rural, for the purpose of providing work protection to poor rural people Work Guarantee Scheme (MNREGA) was launched by the Government of India in the year 2006. MNREGA, to help rural people, sponsor various types of schemes that are below the poverty line are provided wages for work. On the other hand, this scheme has both benefits and disadvantages. Many reasons, so this research examines the different effects of people of the above system. Similarly, the purpose of this research is to reveal the correct impact of the MGNREGA scheme Use of researchers as a simple approach and a citation, which will help a policy maker in improving the plan.
