A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of different level of zinc on various variety of rice during two consecutive kharif seasons year 2022 and 2023 respectively. The experiment was laid out in split plot design with four variety of rice (Sarju-52, NDR-2064, NDR-2065 and Swarna Sub-1) in Main plot. Each main plot was further divided in five Sub plot i.e (Control, Zn @ 2.5 kg/ha, Zn @ 5 kg/ha, Zn @ 7.5 kg/ha and Zn @ 10 kg/ha). The result recorded that the variety NDR 2065 maximum Crop growth rate (5.56 and 5.58) g/m-2/day at 90 DAT to Harvest. The maximum relative growth rate was recorded variety NDR-2065(6.84 and 6.77) g/g/day, and the number of days taken to 50% panicle emergence and maturity was maximum was recorded variety NDR 2065(74days,75days and 125 days,125 days) during 2022 and 2023 respectively. Among Zn level Maximum value of Crop growth rate was recorded under Zn @10 kg/ha which was at par with 7.5 kg/ha. and the maximum relative growth rate was recorded variety NDR-2065during both years. And the number of days taken to 50% panicle emergence and maturity was maximum was recorded variety NDR 2065 during 2022 and 2023 respectively.
