The field experiment was conducted to study the effect of different sources of lime @ 1 LR (No lime, calcium carbonate, dolomite and calcium hydroxide) and various levels of sulphur (0, 30, 45 and 60 kg ha-1) on yield and quality of groundnut cv. Konkan Bhuratna (Arachis hypogaea L.) grown in lateritic soil of Konkan region of Maharashtra. The experiment was undertaken during Kharif, 2022 and kharif 2023 at Research Farm of Department of Agril. Botany, College of Agriculture, Dapoli using Factorial Randomized Block Design with sixteen treatment combinations, which were replicated thrice. The results of the experiment showed that the application of calcium carbonate along with sulphur @ 60 kg ha-1 recorded significantly highest pod yield (36.49 q ha-1 and 34.94 q ha-1), number of pods (36.21 and 36.63 plant-1), kernel yield (28.36 and 26.84 q ha-1), shelling percentage (77.71 and 77.81%) and haulm yield (68.95 and 61.75 q ha-1) during kharif 2022 and kharif 2023, respectively. The quality parameters like oil and protein content were significantly highest with application of calcium carbonate and S3 level of sulphur application @ 60 kg ha-1, during both the years of experimentation.
