Plant systems biology aims to understand how genetic changes, environmental factors, and cellular responses work together by using a variety of research methods. The main challenge is figuring out how different metabolic pathways in plants interact and function as a whole. This study uses a multi-omics approach, combining techniques like mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance to analyze plant samples under stress conditions. The results show strong links between gene expression, protein levels, and metabolites, pointing to key genes like DREB1A and HSP70 as important for plants' ability to handle stress. These findings highlight the value of using multi-omics to improve crops and farming practices by identifying genetic markers for beneficial traits. Overall, the research emphasizes how integrating and analyzing data can deepen our understanding of plant biology and help make agriculture more sustainable.
