The investigation entitled Effect of different planting dates on growth, yield and quality of cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.) hybrids was carried out in rabi season 2023 at Department of Horticulture, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Technology And Sciences, Prayagraj. Study included four planting dates (15th September 1st, 15th and 30th October) and three hybrids (TMCA-21-007, White Queen and Dhaval 043 F1) each replicated thrice in Factorial Randomized Block Design (FRBD). Planting dates and different hybrids had significant influence on growth, yield and quality parameters at all the growth stages. Among all the treatment, combinations significantly better plant height, plant spread and number of heading leaves per plant recorded at final harvest. Among yield and yield attributing characters significantly better plant height, plant spread, plant habit, days to taken curd initiation, curd size, gross curd weight, net curd weight, curd yield per plot, yield (t/ha), curd shape, curd colour, curd compactness, curd blanching ability and quality parameters viz., TSS (oBrix) and ascorbic acid were recorded in treatment combination of T4 (1st October + White Queen).
