Innovative agriculture is a growing science in sustainable farming and its fruitful thing is to give a better outcome to farmers via economic improvement and enhancement of livelihood. Background of this mindset, the work was farmed into rainfed oilseed crop of improved sesame variety VRI3 (Sesamumindicum L.) and its performance by application with whole packaging practices such as using (biofertilizers, mechanical sowing, foliar application of micronutrient) through seed treatment (600g/ha – Azospirillum and Phosphobacteria), pre- soil application of Trichoderma viride (12.5 kg /ha amended with 50 tonnes of FYM) and foliar application of MnSO4 at 0.5% during reproductive stages. Above these practices given at integrated systems it impacts in positive ways like increasing yield (11.28 q/ha.), and it was 7 q/ha higher over local variety and farmers’ practice of cultivation. Potential yield gap minimal per cent at 1.14 accompanied with farmers’ technology adaption index with supreme manner (>90%) in Cuddalore district.
