Abstract
To find out the influence of varieties, moisture stress and nutrient management on post-harvest soil properties of groundnut. A field experiment was conducted in RP 7C block at International crop research institute for semi-arid tropics (ICRISAT), Patancheru, Hyderabad, during rabi 2022-23 and 2023-24. It was found that the available N, P2O5and K2O were not influenced by the treatments in well water and water stress conditions. The available sulphur and exchangeable calcium was significantly higher in water stress (1.0 Epan) over well water (0.5 Epan). Among nutrient management treatments, N4 recorded the higher values of available sulphur and exchangeable calcium and it was on par with N3 and N2. Under treatment N1 the available S and exchangeable Calcium was less than other treatments. There was no significant variation with respect to available S and exchangeable Ca among the groundnut varieties. Similarly, the pH, EC and OC were not significantly influenced by the treatments in both the years of the study.
