A field experiment was conducted during Rabi season of 2023-24 at College Farm, Agricultural College, Jagtial, PJTSAU to study the Effect of sulphur, zinc and boron on growth, yield attributes and yield of transplanted mustard (Brassica juncea L.). The treatments consisted of two levels of sulphur (20 and 40 kg ha-1), zinc (1.5 and 3.0 kg ha-1) and boron (1.0 and 1.5 kg ha-1) along with recommended dose of fertilizer (60: 40: 40 NPK kg ha-1) and control. The experiment was designed with randomized block design with eight treatment combinations, each replicated three times. The treatments were as follows: T1: Control, T2: RDF (60:40:40 kg N,P2O5, K2O ha⁻¹), T3: RDF + 20 kg S + 1.5 kg Zn + 1.0 kg B, T4: RDF + 20 kg S + 3.0 kg Zn + 1.5 kg B, T5: RDF + 40 kg S + 1.5 kg Zn + 1.0 kg B, T6: RDF + 40 kg S + 3.0 kg Zn + 1.5 kg B, T7: RDF + 1.5 kg Zn + 1.0 kg B, T8: RDF + 3.0 kg Zn + 1.5 kg B. The results revealed that the significantly higher plant height (207 cm), dry matter (5943), number of siliquae plant-1 (402), number of seeds siliquae-1 (22.1), test weight (5.55 g), seed yield (1850 kg ha-1), stover yield (3510 kg ha-1) and harvest (34.5%) were recorded with treatment T6 then followed by T5, which was also significantly on par with T6 and the lowest plant height (101 cm), dry matter (2657 kg ha-1), number of siliquae plant-1 (123), number of seeds siliquae-1 (7.12), test weight (4.20 g), seed yield (763 kg ha-1), stover yield (1613 kg ha-1) and harvest (32.1%) were recorded in the control treatment.
