Abstract
An experiment was conducted to analyze the nutritional quality of mini clonal leaves treated with different concentrations of rooting hormones such as IBA (1000 ppm, 2000 ppm, 3000 ppm, 4000 ppm, 5000 ppm) and NAA (1000 ppm, 2000 ppm, 3000 ppm, 4000 ppm, 5000 ppm) and different types of rooting medium (soil, soil+ sand+ FYM, soil+ coir pith, soil+ sand+ vermicompost, soil+ coir pith+ FYM) where mulberry mini cuttings grown. For this study V1 variety of mulberry was taken and this study was carried out in suitable environmental conditions using mini clonal technology. Biochemical parameters namely moisture content, total protein, carbohydrate, crude protein, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium were recorded on 90 DAP. Among all treatments IBA @ 3000 ppm recorded maximum in all biochemical constituents.
